Hyundai launches its new i-Gen i20 - Priced at Rs. 4.73 - 7.44 Lac - New Hyundai i20 Photos, Images

Hyundai launched the all new version of it's successful premium hatchback " i20" called i-Gen based on its new Fluidic technology in 12 variants - 7 in petrol and 5 in diesel. The i-Gen i20 now comes with a more powerful and refined 1.2 Kappa petrol engine with Dual VTVT mechanism that makes 84bhp of power. The 1.4 U2 CRDi diesel comes with 6-speed manual transmission that delivers 90bhp power.

Hyundai i20 next gen model have features like Smart Key with Push Button Start, a One Touch Triple Turn signal, Leather wrapped steering wheel, a Driver seat arm rest, Electrically adjustable folding and Heated rear view mirrors and Tilt and telescopic steering will be offered as standard on the car.

i-Gen i20 is cleaner and more efficient than before and as per ARAI. Petrol version gives a mileage of 18.5 kmpl while diesel engine delivers a mileage of 21.9 kmpl.

Huyndai is going to give new year gift to Indian customer in the form of its next "i" series model "i20" which Hyundai showcased at the 2008 Paris Motor Show in October. i20 is Hyundai's most decent looking car in hatchback segment. i20 has designed at Hyundai's European Design Centre in Russelsheim, Germany and will replace "Getz" model worldwide.

Hyundai launched its most awaited model at the introductory price of Rs. 4.80 Lakhs to Rs. 5.82 Lakhs for its premium hatchback model. Hyundai i20 is available in thre variants Magna, Asta and Asta (O).

All the i20 models come with AC/heating, tilt & telescopic steering, dual tone beige interiors, 2 DIN CD + MP3 Music System, front & rear power windows, refrigerated glove box, a multi information display, and tachometer.
