India's largest car manufacturer Maruti-Suzuki launched their much awaited new version of their highest selling small car Alto K10 on 4th August. New Alto is longer by 125mm and comes with new K series engine and 2 version LXi and the VXi. New Alto K10 have been given a fresh look with a newly designed front and rear lights.The Alto K10 sports a 5- Speed Manual Transmission with Cable Gear Shift. The car also has front power windows and a key reminder a Central Locking System in place. The ground clearance of the car too is 160 mm. The Alto K10 is BS-IV, E-10 and ELV compliant.
The new Alto K10 will be available in six colours – sunlight Copper, Fire Brick Red, Ecru Beige, Midnight Black, Superior White and Silky Silver.

The new model Maruti Alto K10 has been launched only for the sake of public demand. In India people have faith in the brand name, so its too difficult to beat the car by its rival.
